Ⅰ、Application
The device can be used not only in common Solar Water Heater but in
Split-type Solar Heater, Pipe-style Yoga Solar, Ai Source Heater,
Electrical Heater, Washing Machine and so on. Engineering
Antiscaling Device is used mainly in solar gathering heat
project.It is assembled with slight soluble mineral composition
with the function of controlling release.
When the water current passes, it can release minim mineral
composition and inhibit scales of vacuum tube,search unit and
auxiliary heating ,electrical heating tubes accumulating to remain
the solar heater in a fine state of low energy consuming and high
heating effect. The device can improve the Solar Water Heater from
scaling , inhibiting metal oxidizing and corrosion.

Ⅱ、The reason for Water Heater scaling.
For ordinary Solar Water Heater, the temperature of water will
reduce after 1-2 years using, appearing the phenomenon of sensor
malfunction, electrical heated tube imploding, heated water
becoming yellow and dirty. That is caused by scales. There is a
little bit sediment of silt and impurity in vacuum tube and inner
container, when heating , the solubility of calcium, magnesium
salts drops, forming crystal sediment and separating out; Water in
the Solar Heater becoming torrid gradually, numerous germs
propagate and die ,the sediment with scales form feculence.

of water tank, the corrosion under scales can be formed easily and
water container will be rotten and perforated ,leading to make
water.
