Properties:
The HY-0700 can make a layer of membrane on the surface of metal,
which can inhibite the corrosion to the steel resulted from the
cleaning agent. It is of high corrosion proof and good corrosion
inhibition. It is in the highest flight in domestic market. (QYSH-1
corrosion inhibition tested according to DL/T523—93)
The HY-0700 is applicable to the hydrochloric acid cleaning of
power plant boiler, comdenser and dusty tube especially. It can
decrease the corrosion rate on steel and damages resulted from the
chemical cleaning agent to machine so that extend the application
time.
Characteristics:
（1）Good solubility and washed easily. Green and environmental.
（2）Be of corrosion inhibition on part.
（3）The corrosion inhibition will be more than 99% on 60℃.
Application method:
The dosage of 300PPM/ton water is preferred and 12 hours..
The copper ion inhibitor is needed when clean boiler.
